HOW TRAINING WORKS
Scheduling
You choose when you train within our coaching hours:
Tuesday & Thursday
3-3:45 pm, 3:45- 4:30 pm, 4:30-5:15 pm, 5:15-6 pm (FULL)
6-6:45 pm
Focused 45-Minute Sessions
Efficient, intentional strength training β no wasted time, no burnout workouts.
Coaching That Evolves With You
Higher-level programs include metabolic check-ins, body composition analysis, and strategy adjustments when needed.
