Classes Start October 6, 2025
Join our Women's Boxing & Strength Training to enjoy a fun, fast-paced workout that incorporates boxing, self-defense, cardio, and strength training. This class is designed to challenge you physically and motivate you to reach your goals. Each class is made up of 3 rounds of 8- 1-minute stations that include cardio, strength training, and beginner-level boxing skills.
Weekly Classes Schedule
Mondays and Wednesdays (4:30-5 pm)
Tuesdays and Thursdays (6:15-6:45 pm)
The class duration is approximately 30 minutes. The only equipment needed is lightweight boxing gloves (recommended but optional). This class is $99 and renews every month. Cancel anytime.
