Your coach is always just a message away, providing guidance, accountability, and encouragement. With a personalized plan and consistent support, you’ll stay on track, build confidence, and reach your goals on your terms.
Small Group Weight Loss Coaching
Train in a supportive, small-group setting twice a week at Fitness 4U Studio with no more than four women per session. You'll also receive a personalized weight loss plan, custom workouts you can do anytime, and ongoing guidance through meal tracking, nutrition tips, and regular check-ins with your coach. Plus, stay on track with monthly progress scans using our Body Composition Analyzer.
One-On-One Weight Loss Coaching
Experience one-on-one personal coaching tailored to your weight loss and strength goals. With private access to the studio and focused attention from your coach, you’ll receive a customized plan designed to fit your lifestyle and deliver results.
Your program includes three 45-minute in-person sessions per week, along with two to three at-home workouts to keep you moving between visits. You'll also get ongoing support, goal setting, habit building, nutrition coaching, and progress tracking through regular body composition scans.
